The hotel as a whole is beautiful, clean, huge and smells so good. This hotel ensures that customer service is their top priority. Ian, spa manager, I believe came to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a good time. We did not want for anything and their friendly personalities made it an even better day celebrating poolside. It was well worth the price and Brittany, Morgan, Jordan and Stajja took very good care of us. The max number of people is 4 people per cabana. The cabana comes with a sofa, table and two lounging chairs, a bowl of fruit and still water and sparkling water. We rented a cabana at the pool and had the best time. The hotel has a couple of bars and The Gallery Restaurant, the drinks were good, but the food was okay but there are other options within a short drive from the hotel. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are super soft and were not comfortable to us. The bathroom has a shower as well as a soaking tub. You can also request a mini fridge by the calling the front desk and they will bring it to your room. The room does not have a coffee maker, fridge or microwave, but it does have a well stocked mini bar and has two complimentary bottles of The Ballantyne Water ( you can request more from housekeeping). Upon returning to the front desk, they apologized and quickly got us reassigned to a new room on the 7th floor. We were given the keys to our room, and when we arrived, the room was not cleaned. There was a slight bump in the road during check in. Every encounter with him during our stay, he always addressed us by name and just went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay.

He gave a full run down of the hotel, brought our luggage up and got us all set. The Ballantyne is Blessed to have him as the first point of contact for the hotel. We arrived late in the evening and was met by the Valet, Reginald. Charlotte |20.42km from downtown I booked my husband and I a stay at The Ballantyne to celebrate his 50th birthday and it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced.
